"Traditional Gujarati Pickles that can be enjoyed and relished with any meals or snacks. These pickles are prepared with the traditional recipes which have been passed over generations to ensure the homemade taste and feel. Gud keri is made from raw mango, jaggery and freshly prepared spices. It is best for those who want to stay away from refined sugar. Chhunda is made from gratted raw mango, sugar and freshly prepared spices. Methiya Keri is made from raw mango and fenugreek seeds (methi) and other freshly prepared spices. While Gud keri and chhunda have a sweet flavour, Methiya keri has a tangy flavour and all can be relished with Parantha, roti, thepla, puri, etc. These pickles are naturally matured and preserved using edible oil only. Just remove the excess oil while eating and enjoy the rich flavours."
