- FLAVOUR: Acacia honey is made by the bees from the flowers of the black locust tree or false acacia tree. The colour of Acacia Raw Honey ranges from being colourless to light amber. The flavour is light floral with hints of vanilla with no significant aftertaste. Clover Raw Honey is a gold amber coloured honey sourced from apiaries in Berseem Clover fields of Punjab. The flavour is light floral with a mild tang and no significant aftertaste.
- RAW and UNPROCESSED: The raw honey is extracted from the honey comb part of the hive, leaving the rest of the hive safe and unharmed. The raw honey is strained through a sieve to separate debris and then bottled. You may find tiny specks in your honey and that would be pollen and a tiny bits of honeycomb debris. This is an indication that your honey isn't subjected to filtration or heat.
